6½ tbs - CHEESE,PARMESAN,GRATED
8 tbs - CRUMBS,CEREAL,CORNFLAKE
½ tsp - SPICE,GARLIC,PWDR
1 tsp - SPICE,PAPRIKA,GROUND
½ tsp - SPICE,SALT,TABLE,IODIZED
1 tsp - SPICE,PEPPER,BLACK,GROUND
5 tbs - MILK,ASSORTED,INDV,NESTED
1 lb - CHICKEN,FZ,QUARTERS,W/O NECK/GIB
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Wash and remove excess fat from chicken.
3. Combine crumbs with spices.
4. Dip each piece of chicken in milk, and then roll in crumb mixture.
Place on sheet pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake for 35 minutes in 350°F oven. Lower oven to 300°F and bake an additional 15 minutes.
5. Add cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
