Quinn Wragge scored 12 points and Maria Wortmann chipped in with 10 as Crofton defeated Hastings St. Cecilia 62-40 to win its third straight Class C2 title.
After a slow start to the game, the Warriors used an 8-0 run to open 16-11 lead at the end of the first quarter.
The Warriors continued to put their foot on the gas, outscoring Hastings St. Cecilia 17-8 in the second to take a 33-19 lead in the break.
Wragge and the Warriors didn't let up in the second half, using an 11-4 run open a 44-23 lead midway through the third.
Crofton led by as many as 27-late into the fourth quarter, securing the three-peat.
"We really work hard to really worry about the little things," said Crofton head coach Aaron Losing. "If you worry about the big things, the expectations can maybe get to you. If you focus on the small detail and the little things every day at practice and every game, then you kind of get your mind off the expectations and off the big things."
"Coach always said it's not about one player or two players, it's about all 13 players that come down here," said Crofton freshman Monica Arens. "We all have to give it our all, no matter what we're doing. If we're cheering or playing it doesn't matter, you just have to give everything."
The Warriors finish the season with a 27-1 record.
