UPDATE: Police identify the body found near Blencoe, IA

New details on the body found in Monona County, Iowa, on Thursday.

Sioux City police identify the body as that of a Sioux City man that has been missing for months.

27-year-old Melton Bell was last seen on November 7th, by his father, at the Sioux City home they shared.

Bell's body was found yesterday by the river.

An autopsy has indicated no foul play.

NEAR BLENCOE, Iowa (KTIV) A body has been found near Blencoe, Iowa.  Not many details are being released at this time.

The Monona County Sheriff's department is working with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and the Sioux City police department on the identity of the individual.

An autopsy is being performed.  At this point, authorities are not suspecting foul play.
