SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -

The Sioux City man accused of helping dispose of a body, and clean up a murder scene, has a plea and sentencing hearing set for April 18th.

Ricardo Vital is being charged with "being an accessory after the fact."

He's accused of driving a car used to move the body of 20-year-old Adrian Rojas-Hernandez. Police say Vital cleaned up blood, and disposed of clothing and bedding, after Hernandez was shot inside Vital's home on West 15th Street in Sioux City.

20-year-old Martin Castellanos is charged with first-degree murder in Hernandez' death.
