A grand jury has indicted a Walthill, Nebraska woman for allegedly defrauding the Social Security Administration.

Federal prosecutors say 38-year-old Susan Marr collected Social Security payments on behalf of her son even though he was not entitled to them. Authorities allege she made false statements and collected the payments for over five years.

If convicted, Marr faces up to 20-years in prison and $750,000 in fines.
