Sioux City moves to block Ho-Chunk's entrance in Penn vs. IRGC suit

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Ho-Chunk incorporated has said they would like to join in the Penn versus IRGC suit.

They say they have an interest in the rulings because the cost involved with the Warrior Casino proposal.

That proposal was presented along side two from Penn National Gaming and the winning bid from Sioux City Entertainment during the initial licensing process.

Now, the city of Sioux City has filed a motion of resistance to stop Ho-chunk from intervening.

They say Ho-chunk is joining too late and their admittance would delay the trial even further.

A judge has not ruled on Ho-Chunk's petition to enter.
