Murder trial set to begin Tuesday following 2011 killing of Sioux City man

Jury selection will begin Tuesday, in Arizona, following the 2011 murder of a Sioux City man.

Bryan Lee is charged with first-degree murder, robbery and kidnapping in the death of Jordan Peterson. The 21-year-old disappeared in November 2011. His abandoned pick up truck was later found near Tucson. A month later, police found his remains.

Lee is not the only one charged in this case. In August, Reed Marrone admitted to killing Peterson because he wanted to avoid paying a drug-related debt.

Another man, Tyler Brown, pled guilty to attempted abandonment or concealment of a dead body. He's scheduled to be sentenced on May 1st.
