Molly Hornbeck has been hired as the new girls basketball coach at South Sioux City.
SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -
The South Sioux City athletic department has named Molly Hornbeck as the school's next head girls basketball coach. Hornbeck will take over the program following Ashley O’Dell’s move into administration. Hornbeck served as an assistant girls basketball coach at South Sioux City for three seasons.
Hornbeck will continue the Lady Cardinal youth basketball program and summer camps. The Lady Cardinal basketball program has won 11 Nebraska state championships.
The former Molly Frank is a 2005 graduate of South Sioux City High School. She played under head coach Kelly Flynn and later at Briar Cliff University.
