Sioux City hotdog business faces lawsuit from shareholder

SIOUX CITY, Iowa  (KTIV) - A Sioux City business has entered a legal battle over money one of its owners says he's owed.

Court documents show one of the partial owners of the Milwaukee Wiener House says the business's majority shareholders, Mike and John Eliades, owe them more than 60-thousand in payments for interest in their company.

Plaintiffs Gus and Koula Demetroulis also say they were not involved in the movement agreement with Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The Eliades's admit the Demetroulis's were 10% partners.

But, the couple hurt the business's image and broke their agreement.

Therefore, the Eliades's say they don't owe the amount the Demetroulis's are asking for.

Neither party could be reached for comment.
