Ingredients
Step 1:
• 1 cup Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
• 1/4 cup Diced Onion
• 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
• 1 1/2 ea Chipotle Pepper in Adobe Sauce
• 2 tsp Paprika
• 2 tsp Dried Parsley (if using fresh double)
• 2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
• 2 tsp Dry Mustard
• 1/4 cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers

Step 2:
• 1/2 cup Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
• 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 2/3 tsp Sugar
• 3/4 cup Instant Irish Oatmeal

M.O.P. (Method of Preparation)

1. Place all the ingredients from Step 1 into a microwaveable bowl or container with a lid.
2. Place the container into the microwave for 4 minutes on high.
3. While you are heating the first step up place Step 2 in a mixing bowl.
4. Remove ingredients and place in a food processor or a blender. Pulse the mix to make a puree
you do not want it to be completely smooth, so leave some chunkiness to it.
5. Then pour the puree into the bowl with the Step 2 and mix by hand until everything is well incorporated.
6. Portion the mix into 4 ounce balls and then form into a patty.
7. Cook in your desired method (Sauté, Grill, Bake, Sear).
