Local church "eggs" houses

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - It took 60 people to egg 500 hundred houses in about 45 minutes.

They were spreading some good cheer.

Children and adults went door-to-door this week to distribute plastic eggs.

It was an effort to invite people to an Easter celebration at the Family Worship Center in Sioux City.

"We are planning on keeping this an annual event for the children and youth ministries. They had such a great time to see the inspiration and the momentum of people coming back.  It was cold outside but it was very memorial. said Tricia Yanney, Children's Pastor. "It was a lot of fun," said Bill Yanney, Pastor.

The Easter Celebration will be held at the Family Worship Center at 1551 Indian Hills Boulevard in Sioux City at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday, April 20th.
