No contact order filed by prosecutors against Rochelle Sapp

ORANGE CITY, Iowa (KTIV) A no contact order has been filed, against a northwest Iowa day care provider charged with murder.

This, after prosecutors say, she sent texts to the victim's mother.

33 year-old Rochelle Sapp is charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment resulting in death.

Authorities say three-year old Autumn Elgersma died of blunt force trauma.  This, after they say, Sapp threw her to the floor when she refused to take her coat off.

A judge has not ruled on the no contact order.

The judge has also not ruled on whether to move Sapp's trial.  Something both sides have agreed to.
