Sioux City Art Center making changes for Pollock exhibit


SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - The Sioux City Art Center's getting ready for a major exhibit.

And, they're doing some work to get ready for a mural by Jackson Pollock.

It will be coming to Siouxland from the Getty Museum in Los Angeles.

Monday, the Art Center started making changes to door and walls inside of the building to make room for the large mural.  The modified a doorway.

Pollock's mural is considered to be the most important modern American artwork every made.

You can see it at the Art Center from July 12 through April 1 of next year.
