CHEROKEE, Iowa (KTIV) A Cherokee, Iowa, teen faces charges after police say he delivered a fake I.D.
Authorities say 18-year-old Andrew Pitts is charged with two counts of aiding and abetting. They say he delivered a fake Illinois I.D. within the city limits of Cherokee. Authorities say Pitts took the picture that was used on the I.D. and required the person to give him a signature that would have been used on the I.D.
Pitts has bonded out of jail.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing, and more charges are possible.
