NE man accused of killing a Norfolk man pleads not guilty

PIERCE, Neb. (KTIV/US92) - A Columbus, Nebraska man accused of killing a Norfolk man has pleaded not guilty to four charges.

Twenty-three-year-old Daniel Hofmann entered the plea in Pierce County Court Wednesday morning.

Hofmann is accused in the 2011 shooting death of 18-year-old Wesley Kuester of Norfolk at an apartment in Pierce.

He's facing four felony charges, including manslaughter and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
