Former lottery employee from Siouxland is charged after investigation

FORT DODGE, Iowa (KTIV) - A former lottery employee from Siouxland is charged with fraud and record tampering.

Iowa Lottery recently identified a discrepancy in records involving some lottery retail locations in north central Iowa.

Toni Hammer of Alta, Iowa, was charged in Webster County with seven counts of lottery fraud and one count of tampering with records.
