SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - An explosion of color took over Sioux City's downtown streets on Sunday.
The Color Me Rad 5k wound around Sioux City's downtown streets.
The runners wore mostly white, as they were showered with different colors at the beginning, middle, and end of the race.
Many people ran in teams for the 5k, which was a fundraiser for the Boys Club in Sioux City.
Boys Club officials say the fundraiser is huge for the club, their mission, and the boys that they serve.
"It costs us roughly about five hundred dollars for a boy to attend the club for a year. So a program like this supports a lot of boys and lets us keep our doors open," Jim Palmer, Boys Club Board said.
