With Father's day just a few days away, people are gearing up for their celebrations, and one place they're heading is to pick up the food.
Sioux City's Hy-Vee on Hamilton's meat counter has been busy with people looking for the right kind of meats that their dads and grandfathers may enjoy.
"It's very diversified with people, and definitely everyone has their own Happy Father's Day thing, a lot are beer and brat parties. And, we have a variety of bratwursts to choose from, and if they're not doing the brat, it's just basically a good old hamburger on the grill," HHy-VeeMeat Service Case Manager Barbara Emmick said.
Emmick said some people are also looking for nice, juicy steaks for the grill.
She recommends the Rib-Eye because it's packed with flavor, but for those looking for a leaner cut, the New York Strip may be best.
