SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
Johnny Bentley ran for 105 yards and four touchdowns, lifting the Sioux City Bandits into the CPIFL Championship game with a 66-37 win over the Salina Bombers.
Last season, Salina knocked off Sioux City in the opening round inside the Tyson.

With 13:02 to play in the game and the Bandits clinging to a 45-29 lead, Ira Autrey picked off Scott Jensen. Two plays later, Dane Simoneau connected with Attrail Snipes on an 11 yard TD pass.
The Bombers would convert the two point conversion to pull within 45-37.
Sioux City responded. Bentley plowed in four his fourth score of the game to extend the Bandits lead to 52-37 with 3:35 to play. After Salina fumbled the ensuing kickoff, the Bandits made good on the extra opportunity.
Jensen fired a touchdown pass to Lorenzo Brown 30 seconds later to push the lead back out to 22.
With less than two minutes to play in the game Jonathan Smith iced the game with a 22-yard interception return.
Sioux City will now travel to Wichita for Champions Bowl II on June 21. The Wild won the inaugural game last season.
