Nebraska inmates released early after sentences miscalculated

Nebraska officials have issued arrest warrants for 20 inmates released too early because of miscalculated sentences.

Nebraska officials identified 306 inmates who were let out too early due to miscalculations.

However, Governor Dave Heineman says 257 of those inmates would have finished their sentence by now.

Three others have died since release, and five have completed parole.

Another 567 inmates were given incorrect sentences, but haven't been released.
