A new way to see Sioux City

Sioux City has a new attraction, courtesy of Downtown Partners.

It's got four wheels and you'll be able to see it all over the downtown area.

The Downtown Sioux City Trolley will provide downtown patrons with a ride to different entertainment, shopping and restaurant areas.

It will run on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5-11 p.m., and Saturdays from 6-11 p.m.

The trolley is free to ride and is sure to provide people with all that downtown Sioux City has to offer.

"We're really excited about this," said Downtown Trolley chairman Ryan Ross. "We have some really good urban revitalization. We want to tie together these developing areas into one nice package and get people to come from place to place quickly and easily. We want them to have a good time."

If you want to ride the trolley, there's an app you can download to track the trolley's location and check out routes and times.

The trolley will start running through the downtown area Friday.
