A Walt Disney World monorail lost power and stranded passengers during severe weather Sunday night
(NBC News) -
A monorail line at Walt Disney World was disabled after it became stuck with 120 passengers on board Sunday night.
Disney officials tried to restart the train, but were unable to restore power.
All of the passengers were evacuated and there were no reports of any injuries, according to Reedy Creek fire officials.
Many of the passengers had to climb through an emergency hatch on the roof of the train where they were strapped into a safety line and walked out through another train car and down an escape stairwell.
