Taliban captive Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has completed therapy and could return to active duty

(CNN) -

The US Army Sergeant held for five years by militants has completed therapy and counseling.

A source tells CNN that Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl could return to active duty as early as Monday.

The source says Bergdahl could be assigned to Fort Sam Houston in Texas.

Bergdahl was released by the Taliban in Afghanistan, two months ago in a prisoner swap with the us.

Since then, he's been undergoing re-integration treatment at an army hospital in San Antonio.
