For the second time in three days, an man has walked away from the Sioux City's work release facility.
42-year-old Cletus Armell was transferred to work release in November after serving 9-years of a 15-year sentence for 2nd-degree robbery, and going armed with intent. He failed to return on Monday, July 14th.
Armell is a Native American male measuring 6'0" tall, and weighing 175-pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Police are also searching for 25-year-old Dexter James-Lloyd No Ear. He failed to return to the Sioux City work release facility on Saturday, July 12th.
No Ear was serving a 30-year sentence for assault on a peace officer, interference with a correctional officer causing bodily injury, and 2nd-degree theft.
No Ear is a Native American male with black hair and brown eyes. He's 5'7" tall, and weighs 164 pounds.
