Daugaard encourages SD residents to seek SBA loans to recover from floods, tornadoes

Governor Dennis Daugaard is urging South Dakotans, whose homes or businesses suffered tornado or flood damage, to take advantage of low-interest disaster loans available from the Small Business Administration.

Daugaard requested SBA assistance last Friday.

In a dozen counties that makes loans of up to $200,000 available to homeowners, and loans of up to $2-million for business-owners. That includes Clay, Lincoln and Union County in southeast South Dakota.

You can visit SBA outreach centers at Canton High School, on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays through July 31st... and at the Elk Point City Hall on Mondays and Tuesdays through July 29th.
