Madison, NE man accused of threatening two students with a weapon in Norfolk appeared in court

MADISON, NE (KTIV/US92) -

A Madison, Nebraska man accused of threatening two students with a weapon on the campus of Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska appeared in Madison County Court Tuesday afternoon.

John Ertzner, 23, waived a preliminary hearing on the class four felony count of terroristic threatening. Ertzner's case was bound over to the Madison County District Court and will have his first appearance in district court on April 18th.

Ertzner's bond was also lowered in county court Tuesday to 10% of $30,000 with the stipulation that he does not step foot on the campus of Northeast Community College.
