The suspect of a stabbing in downtown Sioux City yesterday has been arrested.
Sioux City Police say 38-year-old Cheryl Eagletrack was charged with aggravated assault.
The stabbing happened just before 1 p.m. Friday in an alley off 5th Street between Pierce and Nebraska.
Police say the victim was taken to UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's.
They say the victim received minor cuts on her side.
Eagletrack is being held on $2,000 bond.
Her first court appearance is scheduled for September 26th.
Around 12:45 p.m. Friday, Sioux City police said they were called to 518 5th Street in downtown Sioux City for a stabbing.
Police said a woman was stabbed between Pierce and Nebraska Streets in the alley.
The woman was taken to UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's.
