The woman accused of kidnapping her three daughters in northwest Iowa back in September, will be arraigned in court later this month.
25-year-old Danica Arzaga was arrested on three counts of third degree kidnapping.
She is expected to be arraigned October 16 in Clay County District Court.
She faces up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each count.
Arzaga does not have custody of the children.
She's accused of taking them from a home in Royal, Iowa, September 19 .
A statewide Amber Alert was issued.
The children were found safe at a home in Sanborn that night.
Arzaga was arrested the following day in Sioux City.
