DYERSVILLE, Iowa (AP) - Authorities have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash in eastern Iowa.

The Dubuque Telegraph Herald reports that 60-year-old David A. Jones of Palatka, Florida, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Thursday south of Dyersville.

The Iowa State Patrol says Jones was traveling south on Highway 136 when he struck a southbound tractor driven by 82-year-old Francis J. Naber, of Dyersville. The tractor was pulling a manure spreader and trying to turn left into a farm lane.

Authorities say the crash remains under investigation.
