It was another day that felt more like summer as highs soared into the 80s again across the area. It looks like we're going to see one more day in the 80s on Friday before cooler changes move in for the weekend. While most of us will stay dry tonight, we could see a slight chance of some thunderstorms in the western parts of the KTIV viewing area and some of those could linger into Friday. Better chances of rain and thunderstorms arrive on Friday night and then we'll have some pretty good chances of rain right on through Saturday and Saturday night. This weather system seems to be slowing down so it's looking like a better chance now of rain lingering into Sunday which will keep conditions rather cool with highs in the 60s. We should be drying out by Monday and temperatures will start to respond as well. Highs on Monday will be in the low to mid 70s with upper 70s likely by Tuesday. Rain chances could again return from Wednesday into Thursday.
