1 12 oz. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
1 1/4 cups olives, black or green
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. hard salami, cut in thin strips
1 small red onion, cut into rings
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley, cut fine
3/4 cup Italian dressing, may add more if desired
Place everything in a mixing bowl except the pasta and parsley. Mix well. Add the pasta and stir well. Place in a serving bowl with has been lined with Romaine lettuce . Sprinkle parsley on top. Chill for at least two hours. Great with a cookout!
