Le Mars man pleads to illegal weapons charge

Federal officials say they warned him to stop, but he didn't. And that's why they say a Le Mars, Iowa man will spend time in prison. 79-year-old Chester Pullen pled guilty to illegally selling firearms. According to federal officials, Pullen bought and sold more than 500 firearms without a federal firearms license. They say he also ignored background checks and required paperwork while doing it. He apparently was warned to stop doing that on three different occasions. Pullen now faces a maximum 35 years in prison.
