February 2021’s Rotary Club Student of the Month: Colin Houts

Sioux City West High School senior Colin Houts has been named the February 2021 Rotary Club Student of the Month.
Houts is vice president of the West High School National Honor Society, a member of Spanish Honor Society, won first place in SMART Physics competition, and played trumpet in both Iowa All-State and Northwest Iowa Band contests.
He has also been active on the West High tennis and quiz bowl teams.
