Norfolk Catholic moves on to title game with commanding victory

NORFOLK, NE (KTIV) - The Norfolk Catholic Knights came into their game on Friday with just one thing in mind, Memorial Stadium. The Knights proceeded to clobber Wilbur-Clatonia in order to make it to the one thing they had in mind.

Norfolk Catholic slowly built up their lead putting up a touchdown in the first to lead 7-0. The Knights would add another score in the second quarter to lead 14-0 at the half.

But, Norfolk Catholic was not done yet, a 14-6 third quarter made it 28-6 going into the fourth. With both teams adding a score in the fourth to put the final tally at 35-12.

The Knights will play in the Nebraska Class C2 championship game on November 23rd. Where they will take on Archbishop Bergen. Kickoff is set for 2:45 PM at Memorial Stadium.
