SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - After the record warmth of Tuesday, our Wednesday certainly had a different feel about it with a lot of our afternoon temperatures about 30 degrees cooler than what we were experiencing 24 hours before.

That cooler weather will continue to move in tonight as skies clear out and lows heading in to the upper teens.

Thanksgiving will give us a day of sunshine although temperatures will stay quite cool with highs in the low to mid 30s with a northwest wind in the 10 to 15 mile-per-hour range.

It doesn’t take warmer weather long to return as Friday’s highs surge right back up to around 50 under partly cloudy skies.

The wind is going to kick up some on Saturday but temperatures stay above average with highs in the low 50s with a few morning sprinkles a possibility.

Sunday turns only a bit cooler with highs in the mid to upper 40s still under partly cloudy skies.

Does the mild weather stick around for next week?

I’ll take a look at your 10-day forecast tonight on News 4 at 5, 6, and 10.
