SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Morningside University presents the Rotary Club of Sioux City Student of the Month Jakob Wiest from Sioux City Bishop Heelan High School.
Jakob is a member of the mayor’s youth commission, student council, National Honor Society, marching band, show choir, and the cross country team.
