Cold storage company to open $60 million facility in Sioux City
SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The company: Cold-Link Logistics, is expected to create at least 60 jobs in Sioux City across its 40-acre campus.
Constructed in phases, the business hopes to be operational in early 2023. The facility will be built in the Southbridge Industrial Park.
In total, Cold-Link Logistics is expected to invest about $60 million.
“It’s going to create 60 jobs initially, it’s going to be phased in. It’s an extremely important investment to our community that this company is making. So yes, it was something to be applauded, something to celebrate,” said Dan Moore, a Sioux City council member.
The cold storage company will be the first industrial development at the 27 flags site.
