City of Sioux City accepts $3.8 million settlement

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The City of Sioux City is accepting a settlement payout of $3.8 million after the failure of clay sewer pipes near Floyd Boulevard.
The manufacturer of the pipes, Mission Clay Products out of California, offered to settle.
The agreement does not involve any admission of fault by any party.
