Sioux City Council accepts bid for demolition of old YMCA building

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The Sioux City Council approved a bid for the demolition of the old YMCA at 722 Nebraska Street Monday night.
The bid went to Hebert Construction of Sioux City. The bid of just over $390,000 was the lowest bid submitted.
The bid also came under the engineers estimate of $750,000.
