SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - As we start our Wednesday we will be cool across the area as lows sit near average in the upper teens under partly cloudy skies. Throughout mid morning we will see a nice clearing of the skies as we welcome in more sunshine for the remainder of our day. Temperatures are expected to top out in the mid to upper 30s with a light southeastern breeze pulling through our viewing area between 5 and 15 miles per hour.
